Saemi Kim and Saerom Kim built their careers together at Maybach Film Productions, where they collaborated closely with acclaimed filmmakers including Sean Durkin, Sean Baker, and Kelly Reichardt. Through these collaborations, they developed extensive experience across film development, production, financing, investment, and filmmaker relations, as well as a deep understanding of how to support distinctive creative voices.
They later founded Perspective Pictures, bringing this experience to a shared commitment to championing bold, filmmaker-driven projects defined by originality and strong artistic identity.
Perspective is now led by Saerom Kim, who oversees project development, financing and investment, and relationships with filmmakers and creative partners. She continues to seek out singular voices and original stories with the potential to resonate across borders.
